Who are Be Gorgeous Be You?
Be Gorgeous, be You was created by Nicola who is a Body Shop consultant, she offers Body Shop products usually at special discounted prices as well as offering Body Shop parties. In addition to this she offers beauty advice and guidance for people.
What was the challenge?
Nicola recognised that there are a large number of Body Shop consultants and wanted to differentiate herself through creating a logo and branding. She reached out to me to initially come up with a few ideas for her. Once she had decided on a logo she also wanted me to design flyers, business cards and stickers and a number of social media images that she can use on a regular basis.
What was the plan?
We began with a discussion of things she liked and didn’t like, I wanted to fully get to know her and her vision for her business, once I had a good grip on this, I began coming up with a few initial ideas for her to look through. After she whittled it down to a couple of favourites I began perfecting these further until she fell in love with one.
Once we had a decision on a logo, this then lead into her full branding of colours, font and imagery. From this I provided her with full resolution versions of her logo, and once agreed I provided her with details of her full branding guidelines.
From this I was then able to work on the design of her marketing collateral including printed goods and social media images. All images once created were provided to her in a couple of formats for use and she was ready to go.
